Something Dope brings Pass The Aux to Classick Studios in Chicago for the first time. Three stories of black brick on Chicago Avenue with a wooden front door, and almost nothing on the outside to tell you what happens inside. Chris Classick built it into one of the rooms Chicago records come through, and it has been running for about two decades. On Sunday October 11 both rooms are open to you. You pull up, you plug in, and your song plays over the system for a building full of artists and industry people. The King of the Aux battle crowns one winner. Schedule, all times CT 6 to 7 PM. Your music plays in both rooms. 7 to 9 PM. King of the Aux competition, a bracket in each room, the two winners meet and one artist leaves with the crown. 9 PM to 12 AM. Industry hours, Pass The Aux and feedback. VIP wristband required. Forty tickets, and that is the whole room. 18+. Tickets online only.
