Big Moochie Grape has released the single "Big Deposits" featuring Bally Babby, the first official preview of his upcoming collaborative album Grapetoven with producer Zaytoven. The single dropped September 4, 2026. The full project arrives September 25, 2026.

What Is Grapetoven and Who Made It

Grapetoven is a joint album between Memphis rapper Big Moochie Grape and Atlanta producer Zaytoven. Zaytoven built his name producing records for Future, Migos, Travis Scott, and Usher, making him one of the more recognizable figures in trap production over the past two decades. His style, heavy on piano keys and melodic loops layered over hard drums, has defined a significant stretch of mainstream Atlanta rap.

Big Moochie Grape is signed to Paper Route Empire, the Memphis label founded by Young Dolph and continued by Key Glock after Dolph's death in 2021. PRE has maintained its identity as a fully independent operation, owning its masters and distribution while consistently putting out music without major label backing. That context matters: Moochie is not on a major, and this collaborative album with a producer of Zaytoven's profile is a real statement of momentum for an independent artist.

The press release describes Moochie as a "Gigantic" standout signee within PRE, though what "Gigantic" refers to specifically is not made clear in the release.

What Came Before "Big Deposits"

Leading up to Grapetoven, Big Moochie Grape released two loosies that helped set up the album cycle. "Do What I Wanna" with Fetty P Franklin received a writeup from VIPER, which called it "a relentless display of heavy, thumping trap energy packed with swaggering, confident bars and hard-hitting baseline pressure." The second loosie, "Genie," followed without a featured guest listed in the release materials.

The media coverage Moochie has received includes quotes from Billboard, Pitchfork, HotNewHipHop, and Attack The Culture, all of which are attributed in the press release but not independently verifiable here. Billboard is quoted calling him "a champion in these streets." Pitchfork is quoted describing his music as "soundtracks not just for grinding, but for surviving."

"Big Deposits" features Bally Babby, though no additional production or biographical information about Bally Babby is included in the release. Zaytoven is credited as the producer on the project overall.

Where to Stream and What Comes Next

The single "Big Deposits" featuring Bally Babby is available on Spotify and across streaming platforms as of September 4, 2026. The full album Grapetoven is scheduled for release on September 25, 2026. No track list or additional feature announcements have been made public yet.

There are no tour dates or live shows included in the press materials at this time.

Publicist Francesca Collado at Audible Treats has confirmed that both Big Moochie Grape and Zaytoven are available for interviews ahead of the album's release. If you want to follow the project directly, Big Moochie Grape is active on Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify.

What Independent Artists Can Take From This Campaign

The structure of this rollout is worth paying attention to if you are building your own release strategy. Moochie and his team dropped two loosies to build audience familiarity before announcing the album, then used a named single with a featured artist as the formal announcement. The album does not arrive until three weeks after the single, giving press and playlists time to respond before the full project is out.

The PRE model itself is the bigger lesson. Paper Route Empire has operated independently since its founding, and Moochie landing a project with a producer at Zaytoven's level happened without a major label facilitating it. That is a usable example of what independent artists can build toward when they focus on output and relationships over waiting for a signing.
