DDG has released the deluxe version of his album HIT-A-THON as a full-length expanded LP, adding seven new tracks to the original project. The deluxe edition is out now on all streaming platforms via Epic Records and brings the total tracklist to 22 songs.
The Pontiac, Michigan rapper announced the release on October 9, 2026, timed close to his birthday. The seven added tracks feature 42 Dugg, Cash Cobain, Jacquees, K Camp, Trippie Redd, and Zeddy Will, among others.
What Is on the HIT-A-THON Deluxe Tracklist
The new additions include "2 MUCH" with Cash Cobain, produced by Hitmaka, which the release describes as a highly requested collaboration. The other new tracks are "LIKE THIS" featuring Zeddy Will, "WHAT IM TRYNA DO" featuring K Camp and Jacquees, "NOAH'S ARK" featuring Trippie Redd, "TRENCHES" featuring 42 Dugg, "MIKE JACK," and "INCOMPLETE."
Hitmaka, who produced "2 MUCH," is a New York-based producer and songwriter with credits across major-label hip-hop and R&B releases over the past decade. Cash Cobain is a Bronx rapper who broke through in 2023 and 2024 with the sample-drill sound. Trippie Redd and 42 Dugg are both established major-label artists with previous Billboard chart history.
The full 22-track deluxe tracklist also carries over original standouts including "POP IT" featuring Lil Yachty, "FAMILIAR" featuring Dreamdoll and BJRNCK, "SCRUB DA GROUND" featuring Bunna B, and "ROUND AND ROUND" featuring 42 Dugg, Pluto, Bankroll Ni, and SMJ.
Alongside the deluxe release, DDG dropped the official music video for "SCRUB DA GROUND" featuring Bunna B. The video is directed by Jerry Production.
How HIT-A-THON Fits Into DDG's Catalog and the Album-Making Series
The original HIT-A-THON debuted at No. 141 on the Billboard 200, according to the release. It also charted at No. 46 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and No. 24 on Top Rap Albums. The release notes this marks DDG's second appearance on the Billboard 200.
HIT-A-THON grew out of DDG's live album-making format on Twitch, where he streamed the recording process in real time and had guest artists come in to record verses on the spot. That same format produced his previous project Blame The Chat in 2025, which received coverage from The FADER and Rolling Stone. The Twitch streamathon concept is central to how DDG has built audience connection around recent releases, with fans watching sessions unfold live before an album is finished.
DDG's broader catalog includes the double-platinum single "Moonwalking In Calabasas" and gold-certified tracks "I'm Geekin," "Arguments," and "Hood Melody." The release states his catalog has crossed 2 billion global streams. He has also been named to the XXL Freshman Class and Forbes 30 Under 30 for music.
HIT-A-THON (Deluxe) is available now on Spotify, Apple Music, and all major streaming platforms via Epic Records.
What Independent Artists Can Take From This Campaign
The album-making-as-content model DDG has built is worth studying if you release music independently. Streaming the recording process live did two things at once: it generated ongoing content for his Twitch audience between release cycles, and it created a built-in community of listeners who already felt invested in the album before it dropped. The deluxe rollout, timed to a personal milestone like a birthday and anchored by a new music video, also shows how to extend the life of an existing project without starting from scratch.
