Faye Webster is bringing her annual Invitational event to Los Angeles for a three-day run from September 25 through 27, 2026. Hosted in partnership with Goldenvoice, the event will be centered at The Fonda Theatre in Hollywood. Previous editions took place in Berkeley and Atlanta.

The weekend mixes live music with competitive hobby tournaments. This year's lineup of events includes LVBL (LiveBall) tennis, chess, a yoyo showcase, and a Pokémon Trading Card Game tournament. According to the release, the Pokémon TCG tournament is being added for the first time. The tennis tournament location has not yet been announced; all other events take place at The Fonda.

Weekend Schedule, Friday, September 25: LVBL Tennis Tournament, location TBA, Saturday, September 26 (daytime): Pokémon TCG Tournament, The Fonda Theatre, Saturday, September 26 (evening): Faye Webster with special guest Laila! and a yoyo showcase, The Fonda Theatre, Sunday, September 27 (daytime): Chess Tournament, The Fonda Theatre, Sunday, September 27 (evening): Faye Webster with special guest Laila! and a yoyo showcase, The Fonda Theatre

Tickets

Presale registration opened Tuesday, August 4. The presale began Wednesday, August 5. General on-sale starts Friday, August 7 at 10am PDT.

For independent artists watching how to build a community around their work, the Invitational is worth paying attention to. Webster has structured the event around her own genuine interests rather than a standard festival format, turning a personal brand into a recurring, ticketed experience that gives fans a reason to show up beyond just a concert.

Webster's most recent album is Underdressed at the Symphony, released on Secretly Canadian.
