Jacquees Drops 22-Track Album 'MOOD 2' and Video for 'Accuse Me' via Cash Money Records

Jacquees released MOOD 2, a 22-track album via Cash Money Records, on August 3, 2026. The project serves as a follow-up to his 2016 mixtape Mood and arrives roughly a decade after that original project.

"10 years later… what started as a mixtape is finally an album. Some music never leaves you, it just waits for the right time. Thank y'all for keeping MOOD alive," Jacquees said in a statement.

The album spans themes of attraction, trust, heartbreak, and loyalty across its 22 tracks. Featured artists include Tink, Ty Dolla $ign, BLXST, Juvenile, Kodak Black, Rob49, K Camp, and DC Young Fly, among others. Production credits on previously released singles include work from Polow Da Don on "He Kant."

The tracklist pulls from both older and newer R&B reference points. "He Kant" interpolates Jagged Edge's "He Can't Love U," while "Spend The Night" reimagines Faith Evans' "Soon As I Get Home." Previously released singles "Physical" featuring Tink, "Let You Go" featuring K Camp, and "Lick Back" featuring Juvenile were all included on the final album.

Coinciding with the album release, Jacquees also dropped the official music video for "Accuse Me," one of the solo tracks on the project.

Following the release, Jacquees and K Camp will head out on the "Us Over Dem Tour," a seven-city run through the South and Midwest. For independent artists, the rollout is worth studying.
