OhGeesy has released a new single called "LEFT RIGHT" featuring Big Sean, out October 15, 2026. The track is produced by Oh Ross and comes with a music video directed by Aidan Wilde. It is OhGeesy's first solo single since Shoreline Mafia's May 2026 EP BIDNESS IS BOOMIN.

What Is on "LEFT RIGHT" and Who Made It

Oh Ross, who also produced much of BIDNESS IS BOOMIN, builds the track around glistening piano chords laid over 808s and a heavy bass line. The sound pulls from the same '80s electro-funk and Latin freestyle references that ran through the Shoreline Mafia EP. OhGeesy handles the first verse with the kind of straightforward flex he is known for in LA party records. Big Sean takes the second verse, moving between a melodic croon and a faster flow. Sean's quoted bars on the track: "I can change up the weather with ease / I give you ass a breeze, bring sand to the beach / Got Cartier frames, got Cartier keys, my old school's got Cartier seats."

Big Sean is a Detroit rapper signed to Good Music and Def Jam. He is known for albums including Finally Famous (2011), Dark Sky Paradise (2015), and Detroit 2 (2020). He appeared as a surprise guest at Shoreline Mafia's sold-out show at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles in 2025, so the connection between the two camps is not new.

The music video, directed by Aidan Wilde, is built around a concept called Swipe Era, described in the release as a fictional futuristic dating show riffing on swipe-based apps like Tinder and Hinge. The visual uses holographic imagery and retro-futuristic set design.

Where OhGeesy and Shoreline Mafia Stand Heading Into 2027

OhGeesy is a founding member of Shoreline Mafia alongside Fenix Flexin. The group reunited publicly at Coachella in 2025 after a period apart, then ran what the release calls a fast-selling "Back In Bidness Tour" that closed with a sold-out show at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, drawing over 12,000 people. Guests that night included YG, Big Sean, Coi Leray, and Ty Dolla $ign. Most recently, OhGeesy and Fenix Flexin joined $uicideboy$ on select dates of their "Grey Day Tour" as direct support.

OhGeesy also wrapped a solo tour earlier this year, with a sold-out date in San Bernardino that he called the best show of that run. He appeared on "Crestside (Remix)" with SOB x RBE during that stretch as well.

On the Shoreline Mafia side, BIDNESS IS BOOMIN came out in May 2026. The EP's lead single "ROCKIN" samples Debbie Deb's 1986 record "Funky Little Beat" and reached the national Urban Radio Top 15, according to the release. The release also states the song has passed 43 million Spotify streams and 9.2 million YouTube views. Fenix Flexin separately had a viral record called "Rubberz" over the summer that the release says peaked at number 58 on the Billboard Hot 100 and hit nearly 100 million streams across platforms.

"LEFT RIGHT" does not appear to be attached to a new OhGeesy project announcement at this time. The release describes it as a standalone single and signals more from both OhGeesy and Shoreline Mafia heading into 2027.

What Independent Artists Can Take From This

The rollout here is straightforward and worth noting: a clear release date, a single visual hook (the Swipe Era dating show concept), and a featured artist whose audience does not completely overlap with OhGeesy's. The concept gives press something to write about beyond the track itself without requiring a full project. If you are an independent artist planning a release, having one visual or narrative angle beyond "new single out now" gives outlets a reason to write more than a sentence. If you are releasing music and want it in front of the LA community, you can [submit your project here](/submit) or bring it to [Pass the Aux](/pass-the-aux).
