Tierra Whack is not here to be patient. The GRAMMY-nominated Philadelphia emcee dropped "TOTEM" this week, a spare, direct track that handles her critics in under two minutes and landed a premiere on Apple Music's New Music Daily. It is the latest preview of WHACK'S MUSEUM, her new mixtape dropping June 19, Juneteenth.

The project is her first full-length move since her 2024 debut WORLD WIDE WHACK, which landed on Album of the Year lists at TIME, Rolling Stone, and The Washington Post. For a debut record to hit that hard and that wide, the follow-up carries real weight. WHACK'S MUSEUM is positioned as a showcase of everything she does best: precise rhyme mechanics, sharp wit, and a rhythmic control that most rappers are still trying to figure out.

What Is On the WHACK'S MUSEUM Tracklist

The 12-song tracklist dropped earlier this week and it is fully committed to the bit. Track titles include "BRAZILIAN WAX," "EARWAX," "CANDLE WAX," and "WAX PAPER," the other single already in circulation. "WAX PAPER" comes with an official video directed by Child, shot in black and white across her native Philadelphia, and the visuals hold up on their own as a piece of filmmaking. The beat leans into a 90s-influenced sound that gives the whole thing a nostalgic weight without feeling like a throwback exercise.

Tierra has also been running an active social media campaign against her doubters, and she shared a direct phone number asking critics to text their formal apologies. The line: "I never stopped believing in myself when you stopped believing in me." That is the energy running through both singles.

Tierra Whack Is Building Across Industries

The music is the headline, but her footprint has been expanding. Last month she presented at Amazon's Upfront series alongside Oprah Winfrey, making the case for Twitch's reach as a cultural platform. She also made her voice-acting debut in the Invincible VS fighting game, tied to the Amazon Prime series, and appeared in Marlon Wayans' film HIM last year.

For independent artists and creators watching this, Tierra Whack's rollout is a blueprint. She is moving across film, gaming, brand partnerships, and live media appearances without diluting the music. Every lane she enters feeds back into the core project rather than pulling attention away from it.

WHACK'S MUSEUM drops June 19 via Interscope Records. If "TOTEM" and "WAX PAPER" are any indication of what the full tape sounds like, this is going to be one of the more discussed rap projects of the summer.
