ANNASOFIA Nominated for Premios Juventud 2026 in New Generation Female Artist Category

Miami, FL, ANNASOFIA has received a nomination for Premios Juventud 2026 in the New Generation, Female Artist category. The nomination was announced July 28 as part of the official list for the 23rd edition of the awards. Premios Juventud 2026 takes place Thursday, September 3, at the Auditorio Starlite in Marbella, Spain, and will air on Univision starting at 8:00 p.m. ET. According to the release, this marks the first edition of Premios Juventud held outside the Americas.

The nomination adds to a run of recognition for ANNASOFIA that stretches back to 2025, when she received her first Latin GRAMMY nomination for Best New Artist. This year she was included on Billboard's list of 26 Latin artists to watch and selected for Rolling Stone's Future of Music 25. She also received two Premios Nuestra Tierra nominations, for Best Female Pop Artist and Best Pop Song for "Humo."

On the performance side, ANNASOFIA opened for Kali Uchis at Bogotá's Movistar Arena in February as part of the Latin American leg of The Sincerely, Tour. She later appeared as a special guest for Sebastián Yatra at the same venue and joined Pablo Alborán for three dates of his Global Tour KM0 in Madrid and Valencia. In June she performed "BULLA" and "Déjame Intentar" at Casa ¡HOLA! in Miami.

"BULLA," her most recent single, came out in April and signals a shift toward a bolder direction within her alternative pop sound, according to the release.
